This was a unique opportunity where we composed a tonal music track and sculpted the sound design around it. This gave us full control of the sound track and allowed us to focus on the relationship of sound effects and music. The abstract imagery gave us an opportunity in the design to play up the theme of growth. We treated the paint spreading across the canvas as if it was a sunflower sprouting and growing into full bloom.
